You can take this free dictionary anywhere you like without eating up space on your memory card.
Otoh, memory cards are cheap now.
So, you choose between internet cost or spare some space on your sd/mmc for a real offline dictionary.
Thus, this free dictionary only a bonus, not taken as a replacement to any other real dictionary.
